After
serving time for a few years in the traditional
trenches of acrylic
and oil painting. I took steps toward a change.
I set off to learn about the digital realm.
It seems like only yesterday,
but when I started on this path, layers had yet
to be introduced into Photoshop! However, with
the help of some tutorials and a little bit of
experimentation, I found that working digitally
had a lot of advantages.
The inherit speed of this new
media fascinated me and ultimately pushed my work
in ways I never considered. It allowed me to develop
a unique portfolio filled with graphic design,
illustration and media, such as animation and
web design. I sort of conditioned myself to be
an all inclusive artist. I earned a degree in
computer graphics without ever having to enter
a classroom. |
